Print Driver Fiscalisation enables businesses to fiscalise transactions directly from an A4 invoice template generated by their accounting systems, such as QuickBooks, Palladium, Zoho Books, and others, using the virtual device. This solution simplifies compliance with ZIMRA’s requirements by seamlessly fiscalising without the need for a physical fiscalisation device.

Requirements

To use Virtual Print Driver , ensure you have the following:

  1. Windows 10 Pro or Above

    • A compatible operating system is required to install and run the Print Driver.

  2. Internet Access

    • A stable internet connection is essential for connecting the virtual device and ensuring real-time communication with ZIMRA’s Fiscal Device Management System (FDMS).

  3. An Accounting System That Produces A4 Invoices

    • Examples include QuickBooks, Palladium, Zoho Books, and other systems capable of generating A4 invoice templates.
